Mary K. Ceccoli of Scranton passed away Saturday at Allied Services Hospice Center surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Carl Ceccoli who died June 30, 1980.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late William and Julia Thorne Grabousky.
Prior to her retirement she sold Tupperware for over 25 years.
Mary enjoyed crafts and crocheting, she attended many craft shows and created numerous works for he family and friends, camping was her favorite pastime and enjoyed many outings, especially those with her grandson.
She was a member of the Adventures Camping Club, and also the Court St. United Methodist Church.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of the Allied Services Hospice Center for the wonderful care they provided.
Surviving is a daughter, Jule Ulrich and husband John, Scranton; grandchildren, Frank Glynn Jr. and wife Vincenza, Scranton, Jill Strelecki, Olyphant, Kimberley Glenn, Waymart, Jacelyn Ulrich, Scranton; Son in-law, Frank Glynn Sr.; four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Kay Glynn; two sisters and a brother.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave. with Rev. Doug Posegate, Pastor of Court St. and Embury United Methodist Churches Officiating. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery. Family and friends may call Monday 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
